We have a received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following: 

Instructions/guidance/procedures for staff on how to process:

  • anything raised via the MPs helplines/hotlines
  • anything raised through correspondence from an MP or their staff relating to individual cases
  • any complaints raised by MPs or their staff relating to individual cases

Please include any ways in which cases where MPs have taken an interest are handled or catalogued or flagged differently.
