The total amount of special grants given to Leicestershire Constabulary in 2007/08 and 2009/10 for their work in liaising with the Portuguese police and co-ordinating UK policing involvement in the Madeleine McCann case.
We released the following information on the 7 June 2011.
Home Office paid Leicestershire Constabulary £525k in 2007/08 and £221K in 2009/10 as special grants for their work in liaising with the Portuguese police and co-ordinating UK policing involvement in this case.
