‘How many times Ministers consulted their Permanent Secretary between 01 January 2005 and 29 November 2005?
Which Ministers, what dates and for what reasons did Ministers consult their Permanent Secretary?
What action was taken in each case?
When ministers went on to consult the Prime Minister about conflicts of interest?
