We have a received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following:

  1. What was the Authority’s aggregate spending on internal legal advisers for the Request Period for each financial year or part year?

  2. What was the Authority’s aggregate spending on external legal advisers for the Request Period for each financial year or part year?

  3. What fees were billed by each law firm or barristers’ chambers to the Authority in aggregate both for each financial year or part year and for each of the categories maintained by the Office of Government Commerce for its L-Cat panels in each financial year or part year?
