We received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) for information regarding the following:

The number of self harm attempts in each immigration removal centre and also on the number of times self harm prevention procedures have been proactively initiated by staff in response to concerns about detainees;

The number of self harm attempts and the number of times self harm prevention procedures have been proactively initiated by staff in response to concerns about any detainees in each immigration removal centre in which families are detained.
