We currently offer two services:
1. The Stakeholder Management and Relationships Tool (SMART)
Register your details with SMART to:
- receive a stakeholder-focused newsletter, with all the latest news from the Home Office
- participate in regular research to give your views on how well the Home Office engages with its partners
- be kept informed about Home Office stakeholder events
If you would like to register on the Home Office’s SMART tool, contact us: stakeholders@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk.
How will the Home Office contact me?
You can let us know how you would prefer to be contacted, be it by phone, email or post.
If at any time you decide you no longer want to receive communications from the Home Office, just let us know by emailing stakeholders@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk.
2. Engaging with the Home Office
If you're having difficulty contacting or engaging with the approriate part of the Home Office relating to your area of practice, the Stakeholder Strategy Unit may be able to help.
If your query is regarding immigration, asylum, Home Office research and statistics, identity cards, passports or visas, you should contact each of these areas directly via their own websites in the first instance.
If however you are still having difficulty making contact with the Home Office then please feel free to contact the Stakeholder Strategy Unit.
Details of the various ways to contact the Stakeholder Strategy Unit are set out above.
Please note: The Stakeholder Strategy Unit's main objective is to support partners. We can only help with enquiries from stakeholders. Members of the public should contact Home Office public enquiries who will be pleased to help you.
