Report fraud

To report a fraud call Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040 or Textphone 0300 123 2050.

Action Fraud is open from Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm, Saturday between 9am and 4pm and Sunday between 10am to 4pm.

How to make a complaint about the National Fraud Authority.

If you have a complaint you wish to make, please write, send an email or fax:

You should receive a substantive response within 20 working days from our receipt of your complaint. If we are unable to provide this within the set time, we will write to you to explain why.

Other government departments have their own, separate complaints procedures which should be followed if your complaint concerns them.

Please note that all correspondence information listed above are for corresponding with the NFA only. Reports of fraud should be sent to Action Fraud.
