National Integrated Offender Management Conference 2012 Announced.

The third national conference on Integrated Offender Management (IOM) supported by the Home Office and other key partners, will take place on 3rd and 4th of July 2012.   The  conference is targeted at all partners involved in local IOM arrangements both statutory and  non-statutory agencies, including the voluntary and community sector.  Full details on the conference  programme including keynote speakers and briefing sessions will be available shortly.  The event is free to attend  but is not open to members of the general public. In addition, the government’s Positive Futures programme provides crime prevention and diversionary activities for young people.

The Home Office works with other government departments to provide tools and other resources that can be used locally to help develop and embed these approaches, taking account of local priorities and circumstances.
