Proposed changes to misuse of drugs legislation
The purpose of this letter is to draw attention to, and invite comments on, the government's proposal to control ketamine under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. This proposal has been prepared in consultation with, and on the advice of, the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs (ACMD), the independent body established to advise the Government on drug misuse issues.
Consultation on this document ended 13 May 2005.
