Home Office Investment Strategy 2005-06 to 2007-08
This Departmental Investment Strategy is a high level summary which sets out how capital investment supports the effective and efficient delivery of our five Strategic Objectives and of our underpinning key targets.
This document sets out how we will build on the progress we have made thus far, into the period until 2007-08, in particular reflecting the key themes of capacity expansion; making best use of technology; and modernising our asset base and delivery structures.
It outlines the improvements that are being put in place to improve the quality of project management and systems which will enable the Home Office to further improve the effectiveness of its capital investment plans and asset management.
