Milestone Report: Staff Targets for the Home Office, the Prison, the Police and the Probation Services - Jan 2003
On 28 July 1999, my predecessor Jack Straw announced the race equality employment targets for the Home Office and its public services, that is the Police, Prison and Probation services over a ten-year period. He indicated that he would report progress on an annual basis. I have and will continue to fulfil that remit.
