Drugs Bill - Final RIA
The aims of the Drugs Bill are to:
- increase the effectiveness of the Drug Interventions Programme;
- introduce a new civil order that will run alongside ASBOs for adults to
tackle drug issues; - enhance Police and Court powers; and to
- clarify existing legislation in respect of magic mushrooms.
