Employment monitoring report
This annual report covers the Home Office and its executive agencies, consisting of data complied from a variety of sources (computer systems and manual returns).
Each annual report covers the period from 1st April to 31st March. The data is extracted after the end of the financial year, is subjected to detailed cleansing and validation, and is then analysed by our statisticians.
Each report also includes an analysis of the high level equality impact of the performance management process, a process which is not completed until 30th June. The data is then subjected to the same detailed cleansing and validation (during July) before it is analysed (August) and can then be included in the reports (September). The report is then reviewed by the Strategic Diversity Action Team prior to publication (September/October).
