Statement of new regulation
The statement of new regulation is a document published by all government departments providing details of new regulations and changes to regulations that have an impact on the private and voluntary sectors.
The statement is currently published every six months and contains regulations due to be implemented within a six-month period. An aggregated summary of the statement for all government departments is published on the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills website.
