National Crime Agency - a plan for the creation of a national crime-fighting capability
The National Crime Agency (NCA) will transform our response to organised crime. It will tackle organised crime, defend our borders, fight fraud and cyber crime, and protect children and young people. This plan sets out the need and vision for the NCA – to be established in 2013 – and its scope, functionality and structure.
