British values questionnaire
You may have received an email from the Community Development Foundation (on behalf of the Home Office) asking you to complete the British values questionnaire. This questionnaire is part of the next stage of the innovation fund application process. The information gathered will form part of a number of checks that will be undertaken by the Home Office, as part of the due diligence process.
Once you have received the CDF email you have seven days (excluding bank holidays) to complete and return the email. If you have any questions about the completion of the questionnaire, please call the Home Office on 020 7035 0761/0340/6393.
Completing the questionnaire
The British values questionnaire is a Word document. Please open it, and before you begin filling it in, save it to your computer. Once you have completed it and saved your responses, please send it, as an attachment in an email, to community action against crime: innovation fund.
