Easy read

This 'easy read' copy of the Notice of Rights and Entitlements is a simplified version designed for individuals who have learning or reading difficulties. The Notice sets out a person's rights and entitlements while in police detention, and is issued in accordance with PACE Code C, paragraph 3.2.
