Research
and Planning Unit Papers contain material of a more specialised
nature than is common in Home Office Research Studies. They existed
to assist in the exercise of the administrative functions of the
Home Office and to inform the judicature, all services for which
the Home Secretary has responsibility and the general public. The
series was discontinues in 1995.
