Table conventions
Interpreting tables:
•	All analysis excludes don’t knows/refusals unless otherwise specified.
•	‘0’ indicates less than 0.5% or no response in a particular category.
•	‘N/A’ indicates that the question was not asked in that particular sweep of the survey.
•	The base numbers (unweighted base) may vary as the figures are dependent upon whether the question was asked of all respondents.
