FOI 4045

We have a received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following:

(1) The value of pay rates (minimum and Target Rates) for Civil Servants at Grade 6 and below and their grade equivalents within the non-Agency Home Office, which the Immigration Nationality Directorate (IND) is part of.

(2) The value of the London Locational Allowance payments made to IND staff in London, Croydon and Heathrow.

(3) The rules for granting IND staff time off for undertaking local political activities.

(4) The maximum number of days of special leave with pay that can be taken to undertake local political activities, within a 12 month period.
